What the charity does

Set up in 1995 in the old school building of St. Mary's primary school on St.Alphonsus Road, Ace of Clubs is a day centre for homeless, vulnerable and isolated people in south London open Monday to Friday every week of the year. Since it opened more than 2,500 different people have walked through our doors.
Ace of Clubs aims to guide homeless or vulnerable people towards a more secure way of life. This is achieved by providing free professional advice and emotional support so that people can make informed and responsible decisions about their lives. In addition to this advice, meals are available every day, laundry and shower facilities, healthcare and leisure activities are also provided.
